About Our Trainer
Welcome, my name is Ashley Stein. I offer lessons that cater to all ages of riders and horses, beginner
through advanced. My passion is helping each rider reach their goals in a friendly, safe, fun and professional
atmosphere. I have been working with horses since I was 8 years old and continue loving it. I first learned how to
compete in English and then moved into Western competition. Over the years I have trained horses in barrels, poles
and gymkhana. I have also taught students from the ground up who have competed successfully in competitions. I
am a past active member with the Pony Club, Valley Center Vaqueros, Riverside County Barrel Racers, National
Barrel Horse Association, and American West 4-D. I am especially patient with students and horses that require
special needs or attention. I adapt my training techniques to the skill levels of my students and horses so everyone
has a positive experience.
Training Schedule and Rates
Exercising Your Horse
$15.00 an hour includes:: a full workout exercise, cool off, then brushing/rinsing off.
$20.00 an hour includes:: a trail ride, cool off then brushing/rinsing off.
$25.00 an hour and a half includes:: a full workout exercise, cool off out on trail, then brushing/rinsing off.
Riding Lessons
$25.00 an hour includes: learning about the horse, how to saddle, how to lead, and also how to ride.
(Training program is adjusted based on experience level and knowledge of rider.)
